A graduate of Ithaca College in 1997, Chad received his Bachelors of Science degree through the Roy H Park School of Communications, majoring in Advertising/Public Relations. Chad has been heavily involved in the floral industry for over 16 years. He has served multiple terms on the Technology Committee of the Society of American Florists, has spoken at the Seeley Conference at Cornell University, was involved with the design, preparation and decorating for 3 US Presidential Inaugurations in Washington DC, and Kremp Florist has won the WFFSA National Retail Florist of the Year Award, the highest honor in the retail floral industry.
Chad is the Vice President of Sales at Kremp Florist, a 3rd generation retail florist serving Philadelphia and the entire suburban region. He oversees all phone and internet sales and is the head buyer for showroom and internet merchandise. Open and delivering 7 days a week, Kremp Florist is based in Willow Grove with greenhouses in nearby Churchville, PA. Chad's family is well involved in the business: Scott is the President, Steve runs the greenhouse/growing operations, Drew runs the showroom and handles special event set-ups, Steve's wife Leslie heads the wedding and advertising departments, and Drew's wife Laura handles VIP and business accounts.
Chad has written several articles on topics ranging from butterfly gardening to educational tools for kids. His extensive work has been featured by various elementary schools, Audubon societies, Stanford University, and Miami University.
Chad and the Kremps have been featured in the ABC comedy "The Goldbergs." Chad has made multiple appearances on the show and a replica "Kremp Florist" was built in a Los Angeles soundstage for one of the episodes.
