COVID19 has caused widespread availability issues for florists across the country. Specific floral varieties, flower colors and containers that are typically available on a day to day basis are no longer always available from suppliers. Due to this, substitution may be required and should be expected on all orders. We will make every effort to fill your order as shown but we cannot guarantee this. Orders will be filled as close as possible. We appreciate your understanding during such a challenging time.

We are open again! While many areas outside of our delivery area are still undeliverable, we are seeing most areas deliverable. If your order is going to an area that is not deliverable, we will reach out to you.

Last night, Governor Wolf issued a statement prohibiting certain businesses from operating during these challenging times. In following his order, we have closed our traditional retail operation to include walk in sales and customer pick ups.
Governor Wolf also stated that electronic shopping and logistic operations can continue. Our fulfillment center will fill and deliver all electronic orders, including those placed at www.kremp.com. The products will be handled with the utmost care with the health and safety of our customers and staff in mind.

- We Deliver! Our vehicles are on the road 7 days per week. Packages may be left outside the door for your convenience.
- Delivery available world-wide. We have an extensive line of direct ship items as well as a network of reliable florists to ensure your gift is delivered.
- Our staff is healthy. Anyone who may feel sick in any way has been instructed to stay home.
- We are keeping all areas clean, including delivery vehicles, phones, and design workstations.
